Good evening,
I’ve heard from a lot of you who ask if the Board of Supervisors will be on furlough next week along with the rest of the non-public safety Tuolumne County employees. Unfortunately, the press release about the furloughs did not mention the Board’s participation.
The answer is absolutely yes. The Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors and each individual supervisor will be on unpaid furlough the week after Christmas to ease budget conditions.
