		<description>I think the highest need in our county is to make it simpler for companies and individuals to create new jobs.  The process of approving buildings or changes in a particular area takes far too long.  The board needs to put creation of jobs above concerns about effects on traffic and other non-job concerns.  I think Calaveras County does a better job in this regard, and we ought to check out their process and revise ours to be more like theirs. </description>
