State called on carpet for furniture, other purchases

Take a look at this… Several California state agencies made some rather expensive purchases recently (including the California Air Resources Board, the state enforcement agency responsible for implementing AB 32, the greenhouse gas emissions bill that will cost local governments, businesses, and individuals dearly).
