On we become aware of our unconscious mind (from which we are operating from around 98% of the time) and the constant inner saboteurs, I’m telling you, we are on our way to Freedom. By floodlighting the Inner Critics, they’ve nowhere to hide, hey? We can thank them for their good intentions (keeping us safe) and allow them to shifty to the back of the bus rather than raucously driving it. I salute you!! 🫡🪄
My god, Teri. I’ve just been writing about the exact same thing. Mine is still a chaotic epic ramble and my inner voices are screaming at me that I can’t possibly publish it so why bother even writing it.
For the record, your inner voices are wrong. They might think they’re trying to protect you, but they obviously don’t know good writing. You are an exceptional writer. You will change lives. You’ve changed mine, just that little bit that I needed right now, by putting this out right when I needed to be reminded that it’s okay to make this stuff public. Thank you. ❤️
